北京市高考英语听说考试采用计算机考试模式，实行一年两考。第二次英语听说考试于2026年3月21日进行，第一次考试取得满分成绩的考生将不再安排参加第二次考试。

二、高考英语听说考在线体验系统启动
为了方便考生了解和熟悉英语听说机考考试形式和流程，北京教育考试院专门制作了在线体验系统，供考生下载安装使用，服务时间为每天8点到22点。
登录身份
英语听说机考在线体验系统通过手机号注册登录（即“非在校生登录模式”），每个手机号码仅能注册一次，注册成功后请牢记注册信息；在校生教育ID登录（即"在校生登录"模式）暂停使用。
安装及注意事项
1. 英语听说机考在线体验系统只适用于计算机操作系统是Windows平台下各版本系统，如Windows XP、Windows 7、Windows 10，建议使用的机器分辨率是1024x768。
2. 英语听说机考在线体验系统不适用于Android、iOS等操作系统，暂不支持移动终端设备。
3. 英语听说机考在线体验系统必须在互联网环境下使用，不支持离线使用系统。

四、2026年高考英语听说考注意事项
高考英语听说机考共包括五种题型：听后选择、听后记录、听后转述、短文朗读和回答问题。我们为大家整理了高考英语听说考各题型的注意事项，一起来看！
听后选择
1、注意甄别混淆项，混淆项通常会在文中提及，一定不要听到选项出现就选择，听完全文再进行选择；
2、有些正确选项通常不是直接使用原文中的表述，而是采用同义转述。根据进行同义转述的内容，可分为：单词、语块和句子的同义转述；
3、注意题干问的是woman还是man，以及题干内的限定词：first，in the end, last year等，避免因为信息张冠李戴而选错；
4、独白题的听力原文内容长，并且说话人只有一人，学生在听的过程当中容易分神而错过解题信息，在听的时候注意听独白的开头，对主旨和话题进行判断，注意听里面的序数词和连接词以便于更好地了解文章结构。
听后记录
1、听后记录信息在考试中会放2遍听力，这2遍听力不止要听四个填空单词，还要尽量记录转述时所需信息，这样不会导致后面听力转述部分分数过低。
2、在作答过程中考生应该抓住播放第一遍听力前的60秒浏览表格的时间，同时合理安排两遍听力过程中需要记录的信息。
听后转述
1、句子意思正确，不要少开头结尾。
2、要点之间可以用First,Second,Third转化。
3、要点内部一般不用逻词。
4、语法时态正确。
5、语言错误多指核心词的发音错误，主要以动词为主。
6、略微卡顿、重复、自我纠正不扣分，程度严重的扣1分。
短文朗读
1、单词读准确；
2、句子断句；
3、声音一定要洪亮、清楚，不要粘成一片。
回答问题
1、完整句子回答；
2、时态语法有错误；
